Diff Needed!

I need a good condition Diff! My 4.11 that came on my 2000 was too low geared for my liking and whined like hell!! The only substitute we had was a 3.45 off a 2500S auto. This seems to high geared and is also whining (although not as much)!

So has anybody got a good condition (not leaking or whining) diff that they are selling? 3.7 prefferably (from a 2000 auto or 2000TC??), but would consider a good 4.11.

Also has anybody got a recon manual or auto box for sale? My manual leaks badly and has a nasty gearchange, especially when cold and my dad's auto is getting a bit stressed with the caravan!
