Dear Mr E I’m well aware of the fact that everyone’s a bully in cyberspace so I’m including my full contact details at the end of this message. You appear to have adopted a pseudonym. Please remember that the Register is only as good as the sum of its parts. The magazine reflects this fact. Six Appeal is run single handedly by John Cottrell. I know him and see him regularly at Herts group meetings. He puts an awful lot of heart and soul into the magazine, as have all the editors over the last 20 odd years. The standard has always been head and shoulders above offerings from other similarly sized clubs. The other magazines you mention are professionally produced, i.e for profit. Therefore they have the incentive and the resources to chase these stories. Also they can (if pushed) pay owners for their pictures and information. They should always be made to pay. My views on parasitic professional writers are probably libellous and definitely not suitable for inclusion here. That’s enough ranting, on with the Triumph’ing.
