Yes you are right, the 2.5 version is a good example. But i will always have this question from the moment that i cannot of course find an UNUSED engine : What is the (bad) history of the used engine i buy ?If only i was sure that i well conserved engine... Something else that i am not sure : The camshaft of TR6 i suppose gives BHP at high revs. Doesn't it sacrifice an amount of available torque at low revs ?If so, is it noticeable? Tests for mk1 2000 at original configuration reported it gave 95% of maximum torque from 1200 rpm.
