The danger with providing loads of sections like in the tech manual is that you end up with (a) some very empty sections and (b) issues concerning several sections in the wrong places. There simply aren't enough participants / discussions to warrant, say, 20-30+ subsections. I think the new forum is fine as-is, and possibly even more convenient as replies to discussions can be notified via email. Peter, that last bit alone is a bloody excellent feature!
